I remember the current CEO has stated they will be completing the Phase 2 report as a priority once FID has been achieved. But i think it is safe to assume there is a 'whole lot more' down there.
And your second point on Thorium. Wow. Imagine if that could happen at scale in Aust. We could supply all the reactors (which would likely be Govt owned).
