If prior to announcement we had US$775 of required funding, and this represents 68% of funding required, and this announcement confirms we've now received another US$115M in funding, then that means we still have a funding shortfall of US$250M.....
Wouldn't it be "nice" if Labor, the Greens and the LNP could all pull their fingers out and agree to fund that shortfall [and create an income stream for our Govt & the Australian Taxpayer].....unfortunately these @&%#s can't agree on anything.
