The SPP is not exactly a great deal for Current Sh given other equity raised gets an extra 1 for 2 option exercisable at 22.5 c for 18 months.
Can it be true that shareholders who participate will not receive the 2:1 options? We don't receive the same offer that the rich receive? I'm flabbergasted. I knew management were bastards and have always favoured instos over we plebs, but this is favouritism in the extreme. How can this possibly be legal?
