lets look at this CR and the SPP.
16c to instos
sell today at worst case - 17c - 6.25% return in a day. free money... get a free ride

16c for the spp
walk the sp down to say 14c.
shake the tree and pick up the 16c shares at 14c.
spp holders lose 12.5%

lets not forget about the time it take to this process to occur.

this is not the first or last time this will happen.

I sold on the open. sad that i did as thought this was going up. i got it wrong.

now i wait for a better set up.
