When your a listed company, you have to have certain amount of cash to cover liabilities. Given the time taken to finalise contracts and raise the cash from the investors. After negotiating the terms etc. would be 6 weeks, we would be running awfully close to running into trouble with regulators.

Would be investors would not invest in a company that has this issue. So need to completely remove that issue from the table.

ARU now walks into the room, saying we are fully funded until August next year, so let’s negotiate. No pressure, and no doubts.

I think we all as investors have the eyebrow raised, mine must have been in top of my head this morning. But, all makes sense when I digested the information coupled with what we already know.

FYI: Gina is being supportive. You may have seen her play in LYC this morning. She maintains full holdings with ARU, and my gut feeling is plenty more.
