I’m fairly certain you’ve now mentioned a board shake up a couple of times now, if it wasn’t you then others have also said this today. I thought you have been in ARU for several years and if so you would know there was a major “shake up” earlier this year, you know when good old Gav got booted and I’m fairly certain a further 3-4 newbies have also come on since. My interpretation of this shake up was to give confidence to the market, government and partners we have the right team to see this forward and from what I have seen we have not been let down. Maybe give them more than 6 months to see this through.
