Agreed, best to have a balanced approach. I'm just commenting on the timing. In the end they will do what's best for them and leave us grabbing the crumbs.
However, they did say they will do a CR by the end of the year. Had they started this in September for example, no chance of FID by end of 2024. Since they are announcing the CR 24hrs after the announcement yesterday, and comment yesterday on FID by end of 2024, to me spells urgency to get things done.
