I invested in ARU because it was well advanced as opposed to some smaller REE explorers I invested in and lost on. I invested more as the debt funding was secured. I haven't and will not opt in for this SPP (who would).

The BOD and CEO need to act in the shareholders interest, however, there primary objective, the one that is critical to any of us hoping for a return is eventually digging up the dirt, processing and selling. Nothing has happened that leads me to believe that this is no longer the case.

As an investor, I'm too immature to understand all the discussions taking place in this forum, However, some of these discussions have turned into accusations in a public forum. DC has responded to these accusations publicly. That in my opinion is not done without going through rigorous risk analysis.

While discussion is healthy, accusations of criminal activity is dangerous. If you continue to make them there's a good chance you may get a chance to voice your accusations through a defamation case brought on to you by ARU Management, DC in particular.

You might think that's a good thing and might give you the chance to voice your accusations through a legal process but they have millions to justify their actions, They have Gina in their corner to support. Your evidence needs to be concrete.

IMHO, all this does is takes focus away from what we all want, retaiil, instos, offtakers, Gina, DC, BOD. FID and Digging!
