I follow that more or less while selling on the highs and virtually no research... from what I understand, what you said not to do and I've done well out of Aru...I take it you've lost money so good idea to review your trading....it appears those that waste their time doing a lot of research have lost the most...
each to their own though...Soundbars simple is what works for me.
