Ditto....been saying same with this and prior SPP/Placements.... need to have Pro-rata Entitlement/Rights Issue with Top-Up facility for the non-takeruppers and those that forget to sell their Rights. Maybe once ARU are in the ASX200 ??
Management took the easy option this time whereas in Aug 2021 SPP they at least did some degree of proportionality.
Anyways time to move on....I've emailed them prior about it, they at least upped the SPP to $20mil (I asked them to up it to $50mil)
