Sad but true !! SPPs are generally best for those with <$40K worth of shares in the company, but can be a trap for same if the company is really in the early early development stages, and the SH overcommits to that one company. Pro-rata Entitlements (yes, more regulations, more costly to implement) are much fairer to shareholders with >40-$50K worth of shares ($$value will vary from SPP to SPP, and how much scaleback occurs) and IMO if you have more than $100K worth of shares in a company then approach the Management directly and make them aware you would like to be involved in all future placements (give them your contact/email details and they will oblige)

SP on a charge today....hitting 0.495 as buyers race in to top up. Unfortunately likely have missed my extra extra topup at 0.44.....don't think we'll ever see that price again
