yes, even if you stay with ‘snail mail’, scammers from all round the world could possibly get your banking details .... they just “hack the bank” instead. Sadly I doubt if any / all banks are “hackerproof” against obtaining a certain amount of customer and account details, even if the hackers cant get sufficient access to ‘milk’ accounts.
