No other company is doing it (aside from Energy Fuels), and yes, ILU plans to do it, but in theory LYC can and aspiring producers like HAS and our very own ARU also could. I imagine each would require amendments to their environmental permits to accept third party radioactive (monazite) feedstock and store radioactive waste.
