It is fair. Tailings dams make or break mine sales. I've literally seen it first hand. Tailings dams can cause huge headaches for rehabilitation and sale of land. I guarantee sgq asked about it during the talks, they'd be absolutely insane not to. So why would you say it's unfair for investors not to ask about it and instead ignore the issue entirely. The point is the information is here now and I'm relatively happy.
