Simple.
If I was interested in CNE's stake I would pay extra to avoid having it swept out from under me via pre emption.....its pretty obvious.
Its why lots of people lob bids before auctions in a housing sense. They don't want to go to auction as they might lose it if its exactly what they want.
I don't care who buy it I don't care if its WPL.
All I care is CNE getting the most for their sale as it has a direct impact on FAR's look through value.....but anyone with a brain can see that.
I notice you are not crowing at holders who decided to sit on the fence?
Wonder why that could be.
