The trouble is with that theory DB anyone interested in CNE's stake they want to sell will pay what it is worth.
An example of that is WPL paying what it was worth at the time to COP where WPL was the highest bidder.
Ironic really as good old CN, soon to be removed,I hope, thought it was too cheap. lol.
As for the last bit of your post I got no idea what your on about.
