The last bit was in reference to you telling everyone else how dumb they were for not averaging down at 3.9 & 4c, and how stupid the idea the sp would drop if FAR lost pe was.
No one would like to be pre empted out of a deal.
CNE can avoid PE rights now so IF I were buying from them I would make them spin it off so I make sure I get it.
Its not rocket science....all I want is the best deal possible because it will put a floor under our sp .......hopefully.
