I doubt I referred to people being "dumb" by not averaging down but rather that was the strategy I took to get out of this mess as quick as possible with any short term spike.
When the investor is in too deep to begin with the option to average down disappears as it would take an enormous investment to actually average down to try to cut losses.
Blind faith does that sometimes especially when one falls in love with a stock. lol.
I expect there are many on here who bought in when FARJOY was on his spending spree and are now totally stuck with high entries with no monies to average down.
Such is life.
As for dropping I hardly think 3 pips is a lot.
