No probs Walk, just responding to Zacma's one sided post about categories of posters. He seemed to omit a category of posters we shouldn't take advice from (IMHO the most vocal, defensive & inaccurate) and thought we might have learned from our mistakes by now, maybe not.

I don't think we will take COP to court either but there have been some comments on the subject given the response from Far is that they are analyzing decision from ICC. Glad you have cleared up the disposition and minds of all posters commenting on the subject.

Hopefully Far will just admit that they stuffed up big time (bordering on incompetence?), that they actually didn't have rights to PE in the first place, squandered resources (total amount unknown as yet) and don't subject us to any further legal proceedings and unnecessary risks under pretense of protecting shareholders.
