Well at least it is over. A decision in FARs favor would have meant continuing uncertainty. Now they can focus on their business and not lawyers. I am not a happy holder and think the board need to look for another company to run as they have made a cock of this one. If there are not changes at the top then it seems to me there is no responsibility in the positions they hold.
