Mr. Cowie has over 25 years’ oil & gas legal, negotiations and commercial experience. His recent focus was in liquefied natural gas with Mitsubishi/Mitsui (including floating LNG). Mr. Cowie’s earlier career was with Mallesons, BP and BHP based in Melbourne, London and Houston. Michael has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Monash University, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a long-standing member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the Law Institute of Victoria.
