Same issue OSH had with InterOil's sale of its interest in the Elk-Antelope PNG back in 2015. Same result. I am not surprised. Very bad legal advice; most likely negligent. A first year law graduate would be expected to identify this, particularly because of the Elk-Antelope precedent.
