Everyone hear seems to think we will win the hearing, only the extent of the payment is in question.

I have been a holder along time so hope that is the case, but, if you review Poland and how many times it appears in international arbitration hearings and doesnt lose, even when found in breach of their responsibilities, still scares me somewhat. I remember reading one where they were found to be in breach of their duty to the other party and nothing awarded and shared costs.

I had been trying to see if there was a maximum amount of time for the judgement to be made, I couldnt find anything. Only vague references that it could take up to 16 months depending on the amounts involved and the individual case. Anyone able to clarify this area around time limits.
