    We have claimed $1.3B.

    208/1300 = 16c on the dollar here for a very advanced claim that's now 1 year into waiting for the award. Backed by LCM.

    The other ones you are referring to haven't even been funded and the process (which takes many years and lots of funding hasn't really started).
