Completely different risk profile.
Litigation is very expensive and I'm backing the experts (LCM in this and IDA's instances). Wouldn't be putting in the amounts I have into these two early on into cashless unfunded cases. I'm not a litigation / legal expert so this is what works for me. But sure, putting in some lunchbox money into riskier plays is fine assuming you can handle complete wipeout/massive dilution.
