then you also have to factor in the fact that the board have a carve out to take 6% of the net proceeds of the claim (after litigation fees) themself.

Fully dilute the shares on issue and the share count rises from ~273M to ~300M. So on that basis, for me at least i figured i was content with what i have made and shall look for the next one.

Again i wish all remaining shareholders a great outcome here, i reserve the right to come back to GRX, but that requires a big award and a large discount to market. Just to give you more perspective on how markets value these matters, look at Rockhopper Exploration case against Italy. Stock is trading at 46% of the award size, apply the same metric to GRX, and you will need an award of greater than $600M or greater to want to stick around at this stage of the case...
