This seems an opportunistic money grab by a private operator.
We can only pray now we've settled with the Malian government, this private company will have to 'go it alone' with their legal case.
It begs the question, if MA Morilla didn't have any money to pay the contractors, why was ore still being mined, and who got the proceeds from any gold sales.
Seems like EGFT should be looking closer to home if they weren't getting paid after FFX pulled the plug on funding.
