Michael Weir ([email protected]) has said he will pass on my feedback to the BOD regarding returning the LLL shares to holders before the ATO ruling (I told him I'd be happy for them to do that and that they should give that option to holders to vote for). He also said there was no suggestion that a return of LLL shares had to wait until the conclusion of the arbitration.

Would suggest anyone who feels the same way as I do to email Michael for their feedback to be passed on to the BOD. Let's make enough noise so we get the outcome we want.
