    Australian investors are hard pressed to have ASIC investigate local companies unless it is a newsworthy big corporation they can claim a scalp on,

    Investigating an international company registered in Jersey, Morila Limited (100% ownership Firefinch) that has had an 80% interest in Morila SA (Société des Morila de Mines) the owners of the Morila mine to determine if it was insolvent when Firefinch were funding and directing the operations, bearing in mind that the mine continued to operate (without FFX assistance) for approximately 12 months until being put on Care and Maintenance in December 2023.

    Trying to get information from Morila SA would be extremely difficult or impossible I would think?, given that under Malian law Firefinch lost the ability to give instructions, so I hardly think Morila SA would be handing over anything to a regulator (ASIC) that has no jurisdiction over them?
