Yep I am wrong on that front. But you raise the issue that the disputes with the government will be covered.
Nothing mentioned about the creditors. If they have been thrown under a truck they may be pissed off BT.
In regards to holdover assets. FFX is an Australian company, Australia will respect international court decisions.
I doubt our board will take it upon themselves to disobey a ruling.
I actually think they will not distribute anything while a court case is outstanding. They could leave themselves liable for damages if (a big if) any decision went against them.
I hope I am very wrong on this.
But lest be honest, 80% of the cash could have been distributed 18 months ago FFS.
