    They might have hoped to get their hands on a good chunk of the Junta's $60 million settlement.
    And have now been told 'no dice'. $40 mill probably going to Wagner, and $20 mill to Junta pockets with a good percentage siphoned off to leadership. Probably a good bet not a bit of it going to workers at Morilla.
