It all comes down to hats.

You where the LLL hat and want a quick resolution.

I wear an FFX and an LLL hat and again want a quick resolution.

I could be tempted to throw my FFX only holding under a truck to get a quick resolution for LLL.

The FFX only hat wearers, if Morila is signed away run the risk of losing everything if GFX is chased for all liabilities. Certainly could be in the courts for years.

The FFX BOD are not going to make any big call that leaves them open to liabilities and lawsuits IMO.

The current BOD survived a 249d backed by a lot of FFX only holders - 2 substantial holders and quite a number of the T20 who I spoke with.

It is a mess.
