As per my previous post, you are "almost" there to declare the win but not yet formally. Despite being extremely rare, as far as I know, the disputes can still be settled within the case management conference if both parties accept the proposed resolution. I know this is very rare, but I truly wish the dispute could be settled quickly because it saves investor time. If not, the judge will set the schedule for the following meetings, hearings, and trials.
