AVZ have the right to appoint 3 arbitrators if they request and that is what AVZs preference was ; 3 arbitrators ; go back to mid June ann if you don't believe me.

ICC need to close out something which was opened and Jin Cheng ( subsidiary of Zijin ) opened it.

Case management meeting ; 1 arbitrator attending. Both sides will formally need to close this off .AVZs lawyers has already said Zijin were officially gone ; AVZ can't officially say anything considering arbitration case wasn't officially closed out ; it was left hanging, it will get closed out at case meeting, what do you need 3 arbitrators for in a closing out meeting.

ICC need to write something in their books for all cases that were initially opened ; what do you expect them to right for this one if it was just left open....’no one turned up ; must of sorted it out at the pub’
