arbitration was opened by Cheng, wasn't closed, but Zijin are out of the picture, call AVZ lawyers if you want something firmer than what written by keyboard munters on HC ; AVZ can't ann arbitration case is dusted until it's shut out on the ICCs side ; ICC has policies and procedures just like every other entity ; tick and flick.

This will just be a closing of those procedures and a sign off for the records. If there was arbitration going ahead and AVZ requested 3 arbitrators which was their preference l then that's what we’d have in front of us. AVZ can't confirm arbitration case is gonski until ICC write it off .
