if this was the case, i.e it wasn't going to trade shortly... why announce anything at all?
I have no idea what is happening, a lot of information is just not in the public domain but it seems more plausible to me that it will resume trading with an ML and with the arbitration still pending (and possibly the DRC appeal too)... otherwise I cant work out why they would announce this in the middle of a suspension.
