I think..or better... i "hope" that the ICC case is solved and ZiJin has packed their bags, like communicated int e inofficial Twitter messages...so it will only be an official date to close the case.Its clear that the 15% are not in ZiJin`s hand and the attempt was illegal.But there must be an official court hearing, to finalise the case official and so put an Annoucement out.In that case we dont need 3 arbitrators.
