I think its just a mistranslation/misinterpretation of the original documents and the originating media reports in French. I believe that the accusation is just against Cominiere, but in relation to the Dathcom case, which is where that's been tied in, rather than an accusation against Dathcom management too. I might be wrong though - who's read in the original French?
