The latter is largely determined by the first ruling in that because of what Zijin and co did, AVZ's preemtive rights were breached so it follows that another ruling in our favour will follow very shortly leaving AVZ with a staggering 66% , cashed up to the eyeballs with CAT on Board (24%) and SEZ done and dusted ( tax concessions)....Not long now folks, santa is coming
