    I surmise the company will need to pay back their “high priced lawyers’ if arbitrators side with GoG in Bifurcation. Which is a given now that the Company has filed a lawsuit in Greenland courts. Which should have been done in the first instance.

    Doubt a court case in Greenland was part of Clifford Chance terms and conditions for funding arbitration.
