Not an ideal outcome for ETM.... But Arbitration & parallel legal proceedings continue...
It seems to me that the arbitration tribunal are conceding that the importance, responsibility, scale & repercussions for such a serious & costly decision may be too much for them to handle or take responsibility for ???!!!.....
