Its a stock forum to discuss well derr stocks. Plenty of rampers have for years on end stated that AVZ had the best BOD on the ASX. The directors themselves spruiked that they had decades of experience of doing business in corrupt sovereign risk jurisdictions, the DRC in particular.
All I am doing is providing a counter view highlighting the inconsistencies in the blatant ramping and the failure of management to comply with disclosure ! - its that simple really.
Surely most holders would not be happy with a select few large shareholders receiving information that is not available to them, but would have been available to everyone if the company hadn't delisted.
All the info will be in the annual report, so why are they delaying putting it on the website ?
