No doubt Zijin tried to postpone with no luck so this hearing will be in 8 days time. For someone so confident they are a SH of Dathcom, why delay twice?

Cominiere are screwed. Has no money to pay for 90% of legal costs from last hearing. Not to mention damages claim against them for giving us grief. This will bankrupt them and humiliate Kibeya. Will Felix let it get this far and show how incompetent his Govt is?

Dathomir tried to have matters heard confidentially and failed. Why ask for this if so confident? Also now gone to DRC courts to have case thrown out because thinks JV has been wound up. Obviously hasn't heard of our successful injunction on this matter? Also, only international arbitration can have this heard, not some local DRC court.

I expect Dathomir will be sued by AVZ at some point also. Hope damages equate to the amount we paid him for the 15%, so we effectively free carry.

All of this will take time but will get sorted in our favour. Unless the President intervenes, but not holding my breath.
