    but on behalf of Zijin/Cominiere? Sure.

    They will pay off a Judge to dissolve Dathcom, adding another string to the bow in their efforts to take Manono away from AVZ involvement and deliver to Zijin. Difficult to assign a mining licnecne to a company that doesn't exist in DRC law.
