AVZ is in a tight spot, it’s either way to see how these court cases play out and stay suspended. The hope everything is sorted soon. If not this will mean potential delisting from the ASX on 2nd May 2024


The other option is to re-list even with the cloud of issues hanging over the company and go from there. This would provide liquidity to the market


As you mentioned this isn’t AVZ’s fault, but they are now backed into a very tight corner.
