Great to see avz announcing details, they have been confidential for a long time but recently they released a press release with cami and now detail.

I expect they feel we are near the end and using information to their advantage.

Once zinjin is proven to not have shareholder right, it proves that zinjin is not a shareholder. This desolves the bulk of future cases as they are all jointly zinjin and comminiere, to which zinjin needs to back down.

The fact they tried to consolidate the three into one shows how desperate they are, would you want three opportunities to be ruled as one? Definitely not, you lose your opportnities!

Dathomir case is the only one that won't be resolved pre listing in my opinion, but we have shareholder certificates in place within the drc giving us the ability to defend, giving dathomir the onus of proving us wrong. Yet they want it confidential? Proof is in the actions... They know they don't have a case years after the sold.

Icsid is leverage and we see thst theory now proved. Meanwhile we have the chair of African trade commission join us and we know Felix needs economic promises to win the election.. This leverage will pay out.

In summary, all zinjin and comminiere cases get closed once the first domino falls in October. This leaves dathomir who is already legally sold out (I.e not at the table and furthermore clear link to Simon Cong which drc has multiple issues with), take away zinjin and comminiere, leaves shareholder harmony and clear path the mining license.

This is why Celeste wants to resume dialogue, or offered compromise if the case was dropped, sound confident to you?

Its merely a question of how long? How long do shorters pay interest? How long before lithium bottoms out? How long before we relist? And how long do these non holder manipulators stay here?
