In my opinion should he have handed down the ML to AVZ without letting the dispute play out it would be easy to label him as having an agenda to put it nicely. On a similar theme some viewed the revoke of the MD as purely negative towards AVZ was it in fact allowing an opportunity for another partner of the JV to escape what they appear to be headed for?
