Is this ultimately a China strategy i.e. conspiracy 101 - get AVZ and they can pertain to seek to control lithium prices and lithium markets for a short period. If that happens I truly hope Angola and Tanzania, through international pressure, do not allow the product through their jurisdiction (as I hope South Africa won't either). Personally I don't think CATH cares if the deposit is owned by AVZ/Dathcom or a Chinese entity. The real losers are the DRC people.
