Is this ultimately a China strategy i.e. conspiracy 101 - get AVZ and they can pertain to seek to control lithium prices and lithium markets for a short period. If that happens I truly hope Angola and Tanzania, through international pressure, do not allow the product through their jurisdiction (as I hope South Africa won't either). Personally I don't think CATH cares if the deposit is owned by AVZ/Dathcom or a Chinese entity. The real losers are the DRC people.

.. agree with your China and Felix call .. I suspect the Chinese have Felix in their back pocket and he is fully engaged in the ‘brown paper bag’ gathering, like a squirrel .. and it looks like the Chinese/Felix are happy to delay in the hope that AVZ run out of money and disappear .. sad situation .. hopefully, these looming arbitration cases change the dynamic but if Felix doesn’t want AVZ then I fear we could be f#£%ed .. bloody hope not ..
