AVZ have updated the market which is the right thing to do, it shows the huge uphill battle they now have, but Jesus Christ there is a lot to unpack here. This is the biggest uphill battle for a company on the ASX I have ever seen. The lawyers will be the big winners here.

- Hopefully holders get an update shortly. This is a preliminary question which begs the question what more is to come?

- 3 member tribunal to hear this but no date given

Dathomir dispute
- Two separate cases given the sale nature of both and governing laws. Dathomir trying to have Dathcom wound up


ICSID proceedings
- Gov't talks have failed and have been restarted but are being stifled
